What counts as a transaction?

A meaningful business document or job: a shipment, a pickup or delivery job, a house or master bill, a manifest, an invoice, a bill, a customs declaration, a warehouse movement, a quotation, a sales order. Reading, searching, tracking, uploading documents, updating a status and viewing any report are always free. You are metered on output, not on access.

Do my modules share one transaction allowance?

Yes. Every operational module you subscribe to draws on one shared pool, so a quiet freight month can fund a busy warehousing month. You never have to think about which module's allowance you are spending.

Question 3

If a shipment invoice creates an accounting journal, am I charged twice?

Accepted Answer

No. One business action costs one transaction. Raising the freight invoice is the chargeable action; the accounting journal the system posts automatically from it costs nothing. You are only ever charged for what you initiated.

Question 4

What happens if I run out mid-month?

Accepted Answer

Nothing stops. You buy a transaction top-up pack, from 100 up to 5,000, and carry on. We also alert you as you approach your allowance, so it should not come as a surprise.

Do unused transactions carry over?

Accepted Answer

Your monthly included allowance resets at the end of each billing cycle. Transaction packs you buy on top are different: those stay valid for 12 months or until you use them, so nothing you paid for extra goes to waste.

Why are Email, WhatsApp and SMS on a separate wallet?

Accepted Answer

Because they cost us real money per message, and that cost varies by country and by provider. Keeping them on their own wallet means the rate can reflect the real cost without distorting your operational allowance, and a heavy messaging month never eats into your shipments.

Question 7

Do I pay for my customers to use the portal?

Accepted Answer

No. The Customer Portal is included on every plan, metered on portal users rather than transactions, and every tier includes an allocation. Charging for customer logins would discourage the adoption that makes a portal worth having in the first place.

Question 8

Can I add users without changing plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each tier includes a user count, and you can add web users, mobile users or tablet devices at any time at the per-unit rate for your tier. You only need to move tier when the feature set, not the headcount, is what you have outgrown.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Accepted Answer

US Dollar, UAE Dirham, Saudi Riyal, Indian Rupee, Euro and British Pound. Prices are set in USD and converted at a rate we refresh monthly rather than in real time, so your subscription price does not move between billing cycles.

Question 10

What does Enterprise include?

Accepted Answer

Custom user counts and transaction volumes, advanced integrations, an SLA, dedicated support, and custom implementation and deployment. Because all of those are scoped to your operation, Enterprise is quoted rather than listed. Talk to sales and we will put a number against your actual volumes.
