LogiPulse vs Magaya
Magaya is a mature, broad platform with an unusually strong warehouse and 3PL story, built around the North American market. LogiPulse covers the same operational ground with a native accounting ledger instead of a QuickBooks integration, published pricing instead of a quote request, and an Arabic interface for teams in the Gulf.

The short answer
The single most consequential difference is architectural: how each product handles your books.
Choose Magaya if
- You already run QuickBooks Online and want your freight system to feed it rather than replace it.
- You are a US-based forwarder or 3PL and need AMS, ISF, ABI and EEI filings, which Magaya documents directly.
- NVOCC operations are part of your business. Magaya names NVOCCs among its users; LogiPulse does not support NVOCC at all.
- You want a long, visible track record: 51 Capterra reviews and 309 on G2, both at 4.4 out of 5.
Choose LogiPulse if
- You want accounting inside the platform rather than synced to it. Magaya's most repeated review complaint is QuickBooks sync failures with missing or duplicated transactions.
- You want to see the price before you talk to anyone. Magaya publishes none.
- You are in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or India. Magaya's contact page lists offices in the USA and the Philippines only.
- Your team needs Arabic. Capterra records Magaya's supported languages as English and Spanish.
At a glance
Magaya figures come from Magaya's own site or a named review platform, each one linked. Where nothing is published, this page says so rather than guessing.

How the two price
One of these is on a page you can read right now. The other is a conversation.
LogiPulse
Allowance-based, not per seat
- You subscribe to the modules you actually run, at the size that fits: Micro, Small, Mid-Market or Enterprise.
- Each plan carries a monthly transaction allowance, shared across every operational module you subscribe to.
- A transaction is spent on a business document — a shipment, a customs declaration, an invoice, a warehouse movement. Reading, searching, tracking and reporting are always free.
- No per-seat licence. Every plan includes web, mobile, tablet and customer-portal allocations, and extra users are priced per unit rather than forcing a tier change.
- Run short mid-month and you buy a transaction top-up, valid for 12 months rather than expiring with the cycle.
Magaya
Not publicly documented
- Magaya has no public pricing page, and the platform page carries no figures.
- Capterra shows contact vendor for pricing, and records that no free trial is available.
- Minimum seats, setup fees, contract length and card requirements are all undisclosed.
- Capterra reviewers describe the product as expensive for small or medium enterprises.
- G2 buyer-reported data puts implementation at around three months and ROI at thirteen.
How to compare the two fairly
These are different shapes, so a like-for-like number only exists once you put your own volumes in. Use the checklist below on both vendors and the comparison stops being a guess.
The last row is the one that most often decides it, and it is the one no pricing page shows. Ask both vendors for it in writing.
Current figures for every module, tier and top-up are on the LogiPulse pricing page, where the solution builder prices your own module mix in USD, AED, SAR, INR, EUR or GBP. Competitor statements on this page are sourced and dated separately; see Sources below.
Feature by feature
Magaya documents its platform unusually thoroughly, so most cells below are a confirmed yes with a source. Where we could not find public documentation, the cell says so and links you to Magaya to check.

What buyers actually report
Magaya has one of the largest review bodies in this category, which makes its recurring themes genuinely informative rather than anecdotal.
Magaya
What reviewers praise
- Broad, mature platform covering forwarding, warehousing and customs in one place.
- Particularly strong warehouse and 3PL functionality, including the Flow WMS mobile app.
- Deep US customs coverage: AMS, ISF, ABI and EEI.
- A long and consistent track record across two review platforms.
Recurring complaints
- QuickBooks sync failures are the most repeated theme: constant sync failures, missing transactions and duplicate records.
- Scalability problems as businesses grow, including from long-term customers.
- Concerns about long-term data ownership, portability and vendor dependency.
- Connectivity freezing at moments crucial to daily work.
- Described as expensive for small or medium enterprises.
LogiPulse
What we are good at
- Accounting is native, so there is no sync to fail. Invoices post to the ledger because they are already in it.
- Published prices and a live cost calculator before you speak to anyone.
- Arabic interface with true right-to-left layout.
- Set-up in days: start a trial, import data, activate modules.
Where we are still building
- No public review history yet, against Magaya's 360 across two platforms.
- No NVOCC support, which Magaya does have.
- Less depth in US-specific customs filings than Magaya's AMS, ISF, ABI and EEI coverage.
- A smaller partner ecosystem.
Where Magaya is the better choice
Four situations where we would tell you to buy theirs.
Your business runs on QuickBooks and you want to keep it
If your accountant works in QuickBooks Online and that is not negotiable, an integration is what you want, and Magaya has built one. Our native ledger is an advantage only if you are willing to move your books into it.
You file US customs entries
AMS, ISF, ABI and EEI are documented directly in the Magaya platform. For a US forwarder or broker, that is depth we do not currently match.
NVOCC is part of your operation
Magaya names NVOCCs among its users. LogiPulse does not support NVOCC at all. That is a hard stop, not a roadmap item.
You want a long, verifiable track record
Three hundred and sixty public reviews across Capterra and G2, both averaging 4.4, is real evidence. We do not have an equivalent yet, and no amount of feature comparison substitutes for it.
Questions people ask about this comparison
For small and growing forwarders, customs brokers and 3PLs outside the US, yes. LogiPulse covers freight, customs, transport, warehousing, CRM and accounting on one platform with published pricing and a free trial. If you need NVOCC support, US customs filings or QuickBooks as your book of record, Magaya is the better fit and we say so above.
