Two products aimed at overlapping customers in overlapping markets. The decision usually turns on how deep your Arabic requirement runs and whether you value published pricing.
Choose Fresa if
- You want a long regional track record: 204 G2 reviews at 4.8 for Fresa Gold and 156 Capterra reviews at 4.8 for Fresa XPress.
- NVOCC or IATA cargo agency work is part of your business. Fresa names both among its users; LogiPulse does not support NVOCC.
- You need an HR module inside your freight system. Fresa documents one, which is genuinely unusual in this category and a real point in their favour.
- You want a direct office in the UAE or India. Fresa has Dubai, Chennai and Mumbai; we do not have that presence today.
Choose LogiPulse if
- Your team needs to work in Arabic, not just invoice in it. Fresa documents an Arabic Language Invoice for the Saudi region; an Arabic interface with right-to-left layout is not documented.
- ZATCA Phase 2 and Fatoora compliance is on your critical path. Fresa's Saudi Arabia page does not mention ZATCA at all.
- You want published prices. Fresa publishes none; the figures on G2 and Capterra are directory entries that contradict each other.
- You want in-Kingdom support rather than a reseller. Fresa's Saudi page lists an Indian phone number.

How the two price
Be careful with the Fresa numbers you find online. Two review platforms list two different prices for two different products, and neither figure comes from Fresa.
LogiPulse
Allowance-based, not per seat
- You subscribe to the modules you actually run, at the size that fits: Micro, Small, Mid-Market or Enterprise.
- Each plan carries a monthly transaction allowance, shared across every operational module you subscribe to.
- A transaction is spent on a business document — a shipment, a customs declaration, an invoice, a warehouse movement. Reading, searching, tracking and reporting are always free.
- No per-seat licence. Every plan includes web, mobile, tablet and customer-portal allocations, and extra users are priced per unit rather than forcing a tier change.
- Run short mid-month and you buy a transaction top-up, valid for 12 months rather than expiring with the cycle.
Fresa
Not published by the vendor
- No pricing figures appear on the Fresa homepage or the Fresa Gold product page.
- G2 lists Fresa Gold starting at $60 per user per month. Capterra lists Fresa XPress at $40 flat per month. Both are review-site directory entries, not vendor pricing, and they are inconsistent with each other.
- Free trial, minimum seats, setup fees and contract lengths are not documented by the vendor.
- Fresa Gold is positioned for growing teams with fast implementation; Fresa Global is the enterprise tier with multi-entity and multi-country controls.
- Note that the Fresa XPress product page now returns a 404 while its Capterra listing remains live, so confirm which product you are actually being quoted for.
How to compare the two fairly
These are different shapes, so a like-for-like number only exists once you put your own volumes in. Use the checklist below on both vendors and the comparison stops being a guess.
The last row is the one that most often decides it, and it is the one no pricing page shows. Ask both vendors for it in writing.

Fresa names both among Fresa Gold's audience. LogiPulse supports neither. If your revenue depends on either, this comparison ends here and Fresa wins it.
You want HR inside the same system
An HR module inside a freight ERP is rare, and if consolidating personnel and operations into one vendor is worth something to you, Fresa offers it and we do not.
You want a local office you can visit
Direct offices in Dubai, Chennai and Mumbai, and more than 350 public reviews behind them. Physical presence and a long regional track record are legitimate buying criteria and we cannot match them yet.
UAE MPCI filing is a hard requirement
Fresa documents MPCI filing support for the UAE. We do not currently document an equivalent, and you should ask us about it explicitly rather than assume.

Fresa does not publish pricing on its own site. G2's directory listing shows Fresa Gold starting at $60 per user per month and Capterra's shows Fresa XPress at $40 flat per month, but those are review-site entries, they contradict each other, and neither is vendor-published. Ask Fresa for a written quote, and confirm which product it covers, since the Fresa XPress product page now returns a 404.
