LogiPulse vs GoFreight

GoFreight is one of the best-executed modern freight platforms, with genuinely impressive AI tooling and the only published implementation timeline in this whole comparison set. It is also built around the US, Mexico and Asia-Pacific, ocean and air focused, and it does not publish a price.

Every competitor claim on this page is sourced and dated. Last checked: 1 September 2026.

The short answer

GoFreight and LogiPulse are closer in philosophy than most pairs on this site. Both are cloud-native, both are aimed at forwarders rather than enterprises. The differences are geography, breadth and pricing transparency.

Choose GoFreight if

  • You are a US, Mexican or Asia-Pacific forwarder. GoFreight documents customs filings for AES, ISF, AMS and ABI in the US and AFR JP24 in Japan.
  • Your operation is ocean and air focused and you do not need warehousing or land transport in the same system.
  • You want the AI tooling: GoNexus Email Intake turns an inbox into shipments, GoNexus Hub extracts document data, and rate management and quoting are AI-assisted.
  • You already run QuickBooks, Xero or Sage and want two-way sync rather than moving your books.

Choose LogiPulse if

  • You want to see the price before you book a call. GoFreight's pricing page is a quote request with no figures.
  • You need warehousing, land transport or CRM on the same record as forwarding. None of the three is documented on GoFreight's platform overview.
  • You are in the Gulf, India or wider MENA. GoFreight documents coverage of the US, Mexico and Asia-Pacific.
  • Your team needs an Arabic interface with right-to-left layout.

At a glance

GoFreight figures come from their own platform overview and pricing page, or from a named review platform. Where nothing is published, this page says so.

How the two price

GoFreight is transparent about almost everything except what it costs.

LogiPulse

Allowance-based, not per seat

  • You subscribe to the modules you actually run, at the size that fits: Micro, Small, Mid-Market or Enterprise.
  • Each plan carries a monthly transaction allowance, shared across every operational module you subscribe to.
  • A transaction is spent on a business document — a shipment, a customs declaration, an invoice, a warehouse movement. Reading, searching, tracking and reporting are always free.
  • No per-seat licence. Every plan includes web, mobile, tablet and customer-portal allocations, and extra users are priced per unit rather than forcing a tier change.
  • Run short mid-month and you buy a transaction top-up, valid for 12 months rather than expiring with the cycle.

GoFreight

Custom quote, no published figures

  • The pricing page states a short conversation helps them understand your needs and share a pricing overview, behind a Get My Custom Quote form.
  • No plan names, per-user pricing, minimum seats, setup fees, contract terms or trial length are disclosed.
  • Capterra records contact vendor for pricing, and no free trial.
  • G2 shows a buyer-perceived cost tier at the top of its scale and an average negotiated discount of 7 percent. That is buyer-reported, not vendor pricing.
  • Implementation is documented at 4 to 8 weeks, so budget for that period as well as the licence.

How to compare the two fairly

These are different shapes, so a like-for-like number only exists once you put your own volumes in. Use the checklist below on both vendors and the comparison stops being a guess.

Documents you create a monthShipments, declarations, invoices, warehouse moves
People who need accessIncluding part-time, branch and agent users
Mobile and tablet devicesDrivers, warehouse, field sales
Customer portal accountsYour customers, not your staff
Messaging volumeEmail, WhatsApp and SMS per month
One-off costsImplementation, migration, customisation, training

The last row is the one that most often decides it, and it is the one no pricing page shows. Ask both vendors for it in writing.

Current figures for every module, tier and top-up are on the LogiPulse pricing page, where the solution builder prices your own module mix in USD, AED, SAR, INR, EUR or GBP. Competitor statements on this page are sourced and dated separately; see Sources below.

Feature by feature

GoFreight publishes a detailed platform overview, which makes most rows here a sourced yes. Several capabilities are simply not named there; those rows say not publicly documented and link you to GoFreight to check, rather than claiming an absence.

Checked 1 September 2026 against gofreight.com and the Capterra and G2 listings. GoFreight's platform overview is detailed, so a capability not named there is more likely genuinely absent than with a vendor that publishes little; even so, this page marks those rows not publicly documented rather than asserting it.

What buyers actually report

GoFreight has the strongest review sentiment of any vendor in this comparison set, and that is worth saying plainly.

GoFreight

Capterra: 4.6 out of 5 from 25 reviews, 96% positive and no negative reviews. G2: 4.8 out of 5 from 92 reviews. Checked 1 September 2026.

What reviewers praise

  • Modern, genuinely cloud-native product with no on-premise requirement.
  • AI tooling that reviewers and the vendor both highlight: inbox-to-shipment intake, document extraction and AI-assisted quoting.
  • A published, realistic implementation timeline, which almost nobody else offers.
  • Documented migration paths from CargoWise, Magaya, Descartes and in-house systems.

Recurring complaints

  • The accounting module needs enhancement for invoice reconciliation.
  • Difficulty importing or transferring datasets from other systems.
  • Warehouse functionality described as very limited.
  • Interface layout complex for diverse user groups.
  • Limited customisation around adding new codes and modifying reference numbers.
Capterra reviews for GoFreight

LogiPulse

LogiPulse does not yet have a public review profile. We would rather say that than quote numbers we do not have.

What we are good at

  • Published pricing and a live cost calculator, with no call required.
  • Warehousing, land transport and CRM on the same record as forwarding.
  • Native accounting ledger, so there is no sync to reconcile.
  • Arabic interface with true right-to-left layout, and a Gulf and India focus.

Where we are still building

  • No public review history against GoFreight's 117 across two platforms.
  • Less AI tooling than GoFreight's Action Center and GoNexus products, which are ahead of us on that axis today.
  • No US or Japanese customs filing integrations.
  • No NVOCC support.

Where GoFreight is the better choice

Four situations where we would tell you to buy theirs.

You file US or Japanese customs entries

AES, ISF, AMS, ABI and AFR JP24 are documented directly in the platform. If your filings run through those systems, that is depth we do not currently match.

AI-assisted operations matter to you today

GoNexus Email Intake, GoNexus Hub and AI rate management are shipping product, not roadmap. If turning an inbox into shipments automatically is the problem you are solving this quarter, they are further along than we are.

You are in the US, Mexico or Asia-Pacific

More than 1,000 forwarders across those markets, with documented migration paths from the major incumbents. Local density is worth a great deal when you need help at four in the afternoon.

You want a vendor with an unblemished review record

Ninety-six percent positive on Capterra with no negative reviews, and 4.8 from 92 reviews on G2. That is genuinely hard to argue with, and we have no equivalent record yet.

Questions people ask about this comparison

GoFreight does not publish pricing. Their pricing page is a custom quote request, with no plan names or figures, and Capterra records contact vendor for pricing with no free trial available. G2's buyer-reported data shows a perceived cost at the top of its scale and an average negotiated discount of 7 percent, but that is buyers reporting, not published pricing. Ask GoFreight for a quote at your volume.
