Two well-matched products for small and mid-sized forwarders. The decision usually comes down to how your headcount relates to your shipment volume, and whether you need Arabic.
Choose Logitude World if
- You have a small team pushing very high volume. Per-seat pricing is fixed, so at extreme volume per seat it can work out cheaper than usage-based credits. Do the arithmetic with the worked example below.
- You want a mature, proven product with 134 public reviews averaging 4.5 and 4.6 across Capterra and G2.
- You want a deep public FAQ knowledge base: Logitude publishes around 93 answered questions across 12 categories.
- You are in Latin America, West Africa or the Levant, where Logitude has direct offices in Mexico, Morocco and Palestine.
Choose LogiPulse if
- You want everyone on the system. Logitude charges $75 or $99 per user per month, so every extra operator, clerk or agent adds cost. LogiPulse charges nothing per seat.
- You need CRM without upgrading. On Logitude, full CRM starts on the $99 Professional plan; on LogiPulse it is a core module.
- You need API access without an enterprise contract. Logitude documents limited API access on Professional and unlimited only on Enterprise, which starts at 30+ users.
- Your team works in Arabic, or you need warehousing and customs modules on the same record as forwarding.

This is the honest heart of the comparison. Neither model is universally cheaper; which one wins depends on the ratio between your headcount and your volume.

Allowance-based, not per seat
- You subscribe to the modules you actually run, at the size that fits: Micro, Small, Mid-Market or Enterprise.
- Each plan carries a monthly transaction allowance, shared across every operational module you subscribe to.
- A transaction is spent on a business document — a shipment, a customs declaration, an invoice, a warehouse movement. Reading, searching, tracking and reporting are always free.
- No per-seat licence. Every plan includes web, mobile, tablet and customer-portal allocations, and extra users are priced per unit rather than forcing a tier change.
- Run short mid-month and you buy a transaction top-up, valid for 12 months rather than expiring with the cycle.
Logitude World
$75 or $99 per user, per month
- Smart at $75 per user per month: full freight forwarding, invoicing, costs and P&L, quotes, digital portal, up to 5 dashboards, 1,000 automation credits per user, task management (lite).

- The cost is the same in a slow month as in your peak season.
How to compare the two fairly
These are different shapes, so a like-for-like number only exists once you put your own volumes in. Use the checklist below on both vendors and the comparison stops being a guess.
The last row is the one that most often decides it, and it is the one no pricing page shows. Ask both vendors for it in writing.

A tiny team moving enormous volume
Per-seat pricing is fixed no matter how much you ship. For a three or four person operation pushing very high document volume, that ceiling is genuinely valuable, and an allowance-based model is the wrong shape for it. There is a crossover point where their per-seat price wins, and where it falls depends entirely on your own volumes — put them through both vendors before deciding.
You want a proven track record you can read
One hundred and thirty-four public reviews averaging 4.5 and 4.6, plus seven named, ungated case studies. We have none of that yet, and there is no honest way to argue around it.
You are in Latin America, West Africa or the Levant
Logitude has direct offices in Mexico, Morocco and Palestine. If your operation sits in those regions, local presence and time-zone support matter more than a feature table. Note that reviewers do criticise their Mexico support response times, so ask about it specifically.
You want the deepest self-service knowledge base
Around 93 published FAQ answers across 12 categories is unusually thorough for this market, and it means many of your questions are answerable before you ever open a ticket.
