LogiPulse vs CargoWise
CargoWise is the deepest freight platform on the market and the default choice for large, multi-country forwarders. LogiPulse is built for the other end of the market: micro and small forwarders, customs brokers and 3PLs who need the same operational coverage without an enterprise implementation or an enterprise bill.

The short answer
These two products are aimed at genuinely different companies. The honest answer depends far more on your size and your appetite for implementation than on any feature checklist.
Choose CargoWise if
- You run a large or multi-country forwarding network and need the deepest customs and compliance coverage available anywhere.
- You have, or can hire, in-house IT and business analysts to configure and maintain the platform. Reviewers on Capterra consistently describe a steep learning curve and implementations that need specialist consultants.
- You want a very large global partner and consultant ecosystem around the product.
- Your buying process is comfortable with pricing that is not published and is negotiated per deal.
Choose LogiPulse if
- You are a micro, small or growing forwarder, customs broker or 3PL and want to be running in days, not through a multi-month project.
- You want the price to follow your volume. LogiPulse charges credits per business record created, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one.
- Your team works in Arabic, or in a mix of languages. LogiPulse ships an Arabic interface with full right-to-left layout, alongside English, French, German, Spanish and Japanese.
- You want freight, customs, transport, warehouse, CRM and accounting on one record rather than a platform you grow into over years.

How the two price
This is the clearest difference between the products, and the one most likely to decide it for a small forwarder.
LogiPulse
Allowance-based, not per seat
- You subscribe to the modules you actually run, at the size that fits: Micro, Small, Mid-Market or Enterprise.
- Each plan carries a monthly transaction allowance, shared across every operational module you subscribe to.
- A transaction is spent on a business document — a shipment, a customs declaration, an invoice, a warehouse movement. Reading, searching, tracking and reporting are always free.
- No per-seat licence. Every plan includes web, mobile, tablet and customer-portal allocations, and extra users are priced per unit rather than forcing a tier change.
- Run short mid-month and you buy a transaction top-up, valid for 12 months rather than expiring with the cycle.
CargoWise
Per logistics job, rate not published
- From 1 December 2025 WiseTech replaced the 2014 seat-and-transaction model with CargoWise Value Packs.
- WiseTech states there are no longer standard hosting costs or seat fees in the Value Packs.
- Charging is an all-in-one transaction fee per logistics job, such as a shipment, a standalone customs declaration, a land transport movement or a warehouse order line.
- No dollar figures, minimum commitments, contract lengths or setup fees are published.
- Capterra reviewers report unexpected price increases, one citing a sudden $1,000 rise.
How to compare the two fairly
These are different shapes, so a like-for-like number only exists once you put your own volumes in. Use the checklist below on both vendors and the comparison stops being a guess.
The last row is the one that most often decides it, and it is the one no pricing page shows. Ask both vendors for it in writing.
Current figures for every module, tier and top-up are on the LogiPulse pricing page, where the solution builder prices your own module mix in USD, AED, SAR, INR, EUR or GBP. Competitor statements on this page are sourced and dated separately; see Sources below.
Feature by feature
A capability is only marked yes or no for CargoWise where WiseTech or a named review platform documents it. Where we could not find public documentation, the cell says so and links you to CargoWise to check directly. Absence of documentation is not evidence a product lacks something.

What buyers actually report
Recurring themes only, drawn from public review platforms. Individual reviews are one person's experience; a theme repeated across dozens is worth reading.
CargoWise
What reviewers praise
- Unmatched depth in customs and compliance across many jurisdictions.
- Genuinely global: WiseTech states licensing in 160 countries and support for 162 currencies.
- A large ecosystem of consultants and integration partners.
Recurring complaints
- A steep learning curve, with reviewers describing a need for IT professionals and business analysts.
- Support described as slow or generic in its replies.
- Unexpected price increases, one reviewer citing a sudden $1,000 rise.
- Implementations requiring expensive third-party consultants.
- Several reviewers reporting features that did not work as advertised.
LogiPulse
What we are good at
- Set-up measured in days, not a project. Start a trial, import data and switch modules on.
- Arabic interface with true right-to-left layout, which very few products in this category document at all.
- Pricing that scales down as well as up, with no per-seat charge.
- One shared record across freight, customs, transport, warehouse, CRM and accounting.
Where we are still building
- No public review history yet. CargoWise has two decades of deployments behind it and we do not.
- No NVOCC or moving and relocation support.
- A smaller partner and consultant ecosystem than the incumbents on this page.
- Fewer country-specific customs integrations than CargoWise, which is the deepest in the market on that axis.
Where CargoWise is the better choice
We would rather you found this out here than three months into an implementation.
You need the deepest customs coverage in the world
CargoWise's customs and compliance breadth across jurisdictions is the reason it dominates the enterprise end of this market. If you file in many countries and need direct government system connections in each, that depth is very hard to match.
You are a large, multi-country network
WiseTech states licensing in 160 countries, 30 languages and 162 currencies. If your business genuinely spans that footprint, you are exactly who the product is built for, and LogiPulse is not the right tool.
You have IT capacity and want maximum configurability
The same depth that reviewers experience as a steep learning curve is real configurability if you have the people to use it. With in-house analysts, CargoWise bends further than we do.
NVOCC is central to your operation
LogiPulse does not support NVOCC. That is a hard stop, not a roadmap item, and no amount of other capability makes up for it if NVOCC is your business.
Questions people ask about this comparison
For micro and small forwarders, customs brokers and 3PLs, yes. LogiPulse covers freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, warehousing, CRM and accounting on one platform, with a free trial and no implementation project. For a large multi-country network needing the deepest customs coverage available, CargoWise remains the stronger product and we say so above.
